 FitnessQuest emphasizes quality over quantity with respect to our fitness class offering. Instead of keeping up with
the fads, we've hand selected a small variety of classes designed to enhance overall well-being. See Schedule section for more information on class descriptions and schedules.

Class Description

 

Body Quest:

This is your hour of power! A full body strength workout using adjustable barbells. All levels welcome.

 

Cardio Burn:

Integrates cardio equipment, plyometrics, and drills to keep your heart rate up.

FitnessQuest

Cross-Training:

Get your strength and cardio training both in this time efficient workout. No fancy choreography to follow, but a lot of variety for a never boring workout.

 

Glutes and Abs:

One hour of strength and toning exercises for the ever important hips, thighs, abdominals, and back.

 

Mommy & Me:

Ideal for full-time mommies! This program keeps children engaged with age appropriate activities while you get a full body cardio and strength workout.

 

Pilates:

A form of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to rehabilitate and strengthen dancers. We will work the core and other muscle groups as the body is lengthened.

 

Power Lunch:

Cardio, Strength, Flexibility…get it all in during your lunch hour and feel great the rest of your day.

 

Pure Strength:

Designed to build muscle and increase strength using various techniques. FitnessQuest

 

Slower Pace:

Great class for seniors, rehab patients, or those wanting a slower paced workout.

 

Super Circuit:

This class combines strength and cardio training to create a fast pace calorie burning workout. This class is slightly more advanced.

 

Tighten 'n Tone:

Total body conditioning designed to target those hard to tone areas.

 

Ultimate Fitness Challenge:

Challenge yourself to become stronger, leaner, and healthier. An hour of strength and cardio intervals designed to lean and tone.

 

Yoga:

Flexibility, strength and stress reducing benefits. This is a great class for new or experienced participants.
