Group Training

 

 These Workouts are designed and led by a Certified Personal Trainer. They are great alternatives to one-on-one training and offer more personalized workouts than group fitness classes. Drop-ins are allowed if space permits. Occasionally a class may be canceled due to weather or conflicts, please call ahead before trying a class for the first time.

Class Description

 

FitnessQuest

Pilates:

A form of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to rehabilitate and strengthen dancers. We will work the core and other muscle groups as the body is lengthened.

 

Power Lunch:

Cardio, Strength, Flexibility…get it all in during your lunch hour and feel great the rest of your day.

 

Super Circuit:

This class combines strength and cardio training to create a fast pace calorie burning workout. This class is slightly more advanced.

 

Chip's Hits:

This class combines strength and cardio training to create a fast pace calorie burning workout. This class is slightly more advanced.
