A Jackson and Pollack seven-site skin-fold measurement is used to identify your percentage of body fat.
We perform tests to measure your base-line resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, flexibility, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Results are compared with norms matching your age and gender to identify your level of fitness.
We test your heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness and perform a body composition analysis (with caliper). Based on the results and your personal fitness agenda, we design a customized exercise program for you.
This includes a discussion about your current eating habits, desired changes and results. You’ll also receive an abbreviated outline of diet adjustments and simple tips and recipes.
